Congratulations to the Hernandez family! Hays Co. Bar-B-Que is finally out of the trailer and into a new 5000 square feet permanent building. This has been 5 years in the making. They were closed for about six weeks, but you can get your Hays Co. fix again. I stopped by the first day they were open to the public. It is a great space with an additional 3000 square feet pavilion and outdoor seating. I love the amount of natural lighting (for pictures of course). A full bar is being built in the pavilion, and live music will take place there as well. After a few finishing touches, there will have a grand opening bash. Stay tune to their social media accounts for details. Let the photo tour begin...
